This modality offers homeowners greater flexibility, since it allows homeowners to make personal use of their home at certain times of the year, if they want.
  • LONG-TERM RENTALS: One of the biggest advantages of this type of rental is knowing that each month you will have a fixed income. In addition, tenants of this type of rental usually take care of all utility bills (electricity, water and gas).
