  • SHORT-TERM RENTALS: We are a Tourist accommodation management firm (ID: CVEE01015A), so we will help you to get the Turist License for your home. This modality offers homeowners greater flexibility, since it allows homeowners to make personal use of their home at certain times of the year, if they want.
  • LONG-TERM RENTALS: One of the biggest advantages of this type of rental is knowing that each month you will have a fixed income. In addition, tenants of this type of rental usually take care of all utility bills (electricity, water and gas).
