A tranquil family restaurant in a superb location on the magical slopes of the Moncabrera. The appealing cuisine, prepared by Chef Kiko Moya, aims to convey concepts, emotions and stories through his dishes, while showcasing the core values of the local region. Be sure to try the famous “arroces al cuadrado” from L’Escaleta!
- BonAmb (Alicante. Jávea)
The Marina Alta Restaurant blends local culinary roots with Mediterranean culture and serves top-class, innovative dishes. Particularly impressive is its location in a restored old farmhouse with modern décor and magnificent landscaping.

Monastrell (Alicante)
A restaurant with an excellent location along the seafront, just a few metres from the Real Club de Regatas de Alicante. Unpretentious organic cuisine with an emphasis on fish and seafood straight from the local fish market, as well as spicy rice dishes served in a variety of bold recipes.
Audrey’s by Rafa Soler (Alicante. Calpe)
This bright, elegant and modern hotel in the AR Diamante Beach complex is named after the legendary star of the film “Breakfast at Tiffany’s”. The exquisite Valencian-style cuisine on offer here is based on two tasting menus (Aitana and Joël), named after the chef’s children.

A sumptuous panoramic restaurant with a pleasant terrace serving exceptional Italian cuisine. The chef reinterprets Italian cuisine using the finest local produce, adding his own personality to create dishes full of flavour. You will also fall in love with the views from the terrace!
El Xato (La Nucía. Alicante)
A family restaurant with over 100 years of history, dating back to a simple wine cellar opened in 1915. Here, chef Cristina Figueira concocts a menu showcasing her individual cuisine, still deeply rooted in the local region, including delicious traditional rice dishes alongside other recipes – all complemented by an interesting selection of wines.
